Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your ChronoAdmin account and the personal information attached to it. This page explains how to ask, and what happens after you do.

This page describes our practices in plain language. The Privacy Policy's English text is the controlling version, and where the two differ the Privacy Policy applies.

If you can sign in, delete it yourself

Sign in to the web portal or the admin console, open Settings and choose Delete account. You see what is deleted, what is kept and your deletion date before you confirm.

How to request deletion

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address your account uses, so that we can confirm the request is yours:

privacy@chronoadmin.com

  • Put “Delete my account” in the subject line.
  • We reply within 45 days, and normally much sooner. Our reply confirms your deletion date.

What happens next

  • When we confirm your request we set a deletion date 30 days ahead and sign you out. The 30 days run from that confirmation, not from the day you write. They are there so that a request made by mistake can still be withdrawn — email us again at the same address before that date and nothing is removed.
  • On that date we overwrite the records that name you: your account, your profile, and your contact details.
  • Payment records stay, with your name removed from them, for seven years. Financial-record retention asks that of us, and an organization’s ledger is its own record.
  • If you own an organization, say in your email what should become of it — hand it to another administrator, or wind it down — and we will confirm your choice before your deletion date.

Requests sent by email are handled by hand: we confirm your request by email, and we carry out the steps above on your deletion date.

What we keep, and for how long, is set out in full here: Privacy Policy
